From first sketch to launch and beyond, I handle the whole project. No agency with messages passed along: the same person works it out, designs it and builds it.
We start at your goal: who is your customer, and what should they do? That decides the structure and the route a visitor takes through the site.
A distinctive design cut to your brand — colour, type and imagery that stay with people. Nothing that feels like a template.
I build pixel-perfect and extremely fast with modern technology (Next.js). Ready to grow and easy to extend.
Technically optimised so Google understands your site and ranks it properly, from day one.
After launch I keep your site up to date and secure. There is nothing for you to keep an eye on.
Clear calls to action and smart forms that bring enquiries straight to you.
Or start with the price per package and websites I built before.
I build with Next.js and React. As a client that is not interesting in itself, so here is what it means in practice.
The pages are prepared in advance instead of being assembled again on every visit. That is why this site appears in a fraction of a second, even on a phone with poor reception. A visitor staring at a blank screen for three seconds is gone to the next name on the list; that is not a technical detail but revenue.
It also cuts what you pay each month. There is no heavy database running under a site that does not need one, and there are no plug-ins that have to be updated every month and break if you forget. Most security problems on small business sites come from outdated plug-ins; here there simply are none.
And it grows with you. Start with one page and want a web shop or a private client area a year from now, and that gets built on top instead of starting over.
Nearly every delay I run into comes from the same corner: text and photos. Not from the building. Count on spending two to four hours yourself delivering what has to go on the site, spread across the project.
If you do not have that time, it is not a problem but it is a choice. Copywriting and a photo shoot appear as separate lines on the quote, with an amount next to them. That is fairer than finding out at the end that the site cannot be finished because there is no imagery.
I also ask you to appoint one decision-maker. Feedback from four people who contradict each other costs more time than the design itself, and the result rarely gets better for it.
I do not hand over sites on a content management system you have to find your own way around. Most business owners open something like that twice a year and have to work out how it goes all over again. You email me the changes and I put them in; that runs through the care plan.
I do not run ad campaigns and I do not do social media. There are people who do that better than I do, and I would rather sell you nothing than sell you half of something.
And I do not take on work I think will not pay you back. If a properly set up Google Business Profile is going to bring you more than a new site, you hear that from me before there is a quote on the table.
